These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (huboweb.com), AI automation services, and any related digital products or solutions we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Client” or “You”: Any individual, business, or organization that engages with HuboWeb’s services
  • “Services”: AI automation solutions, custom AI development, consultation, software development, and related digital services
  • “Deliverables”: Final products, AI models, automation workflows, code, documentation, or any output provided to the client
  • “Agreement”: The signed service agreement, proposal, or scope of work between HuboWeb and the client

3. Services Offered

HuboWeb provides the following services:

  • AI automation workflow design and implementation
  • Custom AI model development and training
  • Chatbot and virtual assistant creation
  • Business process automation (BPA)
  • AI integration with existing business systems
  • AI consultation, training, and strategy
  • Web design, development, and digital marketing
  • Custom software solutions powered by AI

Specific service details, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in your signed service agreement or project proposal.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with unauthorized parties

HuboWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Deliver necessary assets, data, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Cooperate with our team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Use our AI solutions ethically and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights of HuboWeb and third parties

6. Payment Terms

Pricing: All pricing is detailed in your service agreement or invoice. Prices are quoted in USD or PKR unless otherwise specified.

Payment Schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to initiate the project
  • Milestone-based payments are due upon completion of each milestone
  • Final payment is due before final delivery and handover
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may incur late fees of 2% per month. HuboWeb reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and other approved payment gateways.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom deliverables created specifically for them, including AI workflows, automation scripts, and project-specific code.

HuboWeb’s Intellectual Property: HuboWeb retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies
  • Reusable code components and templates
  • Proprietary AI models and training techniques
  • Our brand, logo, and trademarks

Third-Party Components: Some deliverables may include third-party software, APIs, or open-source components, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio Rights: HuboWeb reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. AI Usage and Limitations

You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding AI services:

  • AI outputs are based on training data and may not always be 100% accurate
  • AI systems may produce unexpected or biased results in rare cases
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use
  • HuboWeb is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI outputs
  • Some AI services rely on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and are subject to their usage policies, availability, and limitations
  • AI models may require ongoing fine-tuning, retraining, and maintenance for optimal performance

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private. This includes:

  • Business data, client lists, and trade secrets
  • Project specifications and proprietary information
  • Source code, AI models, and technical documentation
  • Financial and operational data

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the project ends.

10. Data Protection

HuboWeb is committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data shared with us complies with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HuboWeb’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, system failures, or force majeure events
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, ROI, or performance metrics from AI automation

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • AI outputs will meet all your specific requirements
  • Third-party integrations will always function as expected

We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty on custom development projects, after which additional fees may apply for fixes and updates.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

  • Material breach of the agreement, with 14 days’ notice to cure
  • Mutual written agreement to end the project
  • Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
  • Failure to make payments after multiple reminders

Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work, and HuboWeb will hand over deliverables completed up to that date.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics
  • Government actions, war, or civil unrest
  • Internet outages, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures
  • Failures of third-party service providers

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good-Faith Negotiation: Both parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, mediation will be pursued through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration/Court: Final disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Lahore, Pakistan

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

17. Marketing and Communications

By engaging with our services, you consent to receive:

  • Service-related communications (invoices, updates, support)
  • Promotional emails about new services (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Occasional surveys and feedback requests

18. Modifications to Terms

HuboWeb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HuboWeb regarding the use of our services.
